Those who pass receive the industry recognised certification as a PAL I from Scrum.org; demonstrating a fundamental level of understanding about how agility adds value to an organisation, why leadership support of agile teams is essential to achieving organisational agility, and what leaders can do to support their teams to help them achieve higher performance.
On completion of this course and the test exams you may choose to take the PAL I assessment exam. This assessment will challenge your thinking;as an Agile leader. The assessment exam can be taken online at scrum.org.

The Professional Agile LeadershipTM (PAL I) assessment is available to anyone who wishes to validate that you are a leader who understands that being Agile adds value to your business, and why leadership understanding, sponsorship, and support of Agile practices are essential to an organization becoming more agile. The assessment covers topics spanning 14 Focus Areas defined in the Professional Scrum Competencies
The exam can only be taken online and is a non-proctored test 60 minutes in duration and consists of 36 multiple choice type questions. The pass mark is 85% and the cost of the exam is $200
